Our habits shape our lives, and as Aristotle may have said: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, therefore, is not an act but a habit.”
With that in mind, in this episode, I break down the three steps that I’ve implemented to stay consistent in releasing this podcast. These include creating a realistic plan, building routines that align with your energy levels, and letting go of perfectionism.
